Hand made with love

There is something incredibly special about hand made goods. Someone has actually spent hours making a unique product for you to appreciate. It also means that no two items will ever be identical. This is slow fashion and like all good things in life, it takes longer to make and will cost you a wee bit more, but I believe that by investing in quality artisan made goods, you are investing in the quality & happiness of peoples lives.

By using traditional methods, the artists are weaving in their history, their culture & telling their unique stories to create modern, contemporary pieces. It's a way for us to learn about different cultures, to bring these cultures together for better understanding and appreciation of each other and mutual respect for where we all come from.

Your support is directly impacting the lives of women, their families their craft & the preservation of their cultures and THAT makes me very happy & should make you happy too.

"We leave something of ourselves behind when we leave a place. We stay there, even though we go away, and there are things in us that we can find again only by going back there".
